By the end of this lesson, learners will gain a thorough understanding of e-publishing, including creating an Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) account, managing the KDP Bookshelf, and applying the four Ps in e-publishing. They will learn to manually format a book, use the Kindle Create app to format manuscripts, and publish both ebooks and paperbacks. Additionally, they will explore pricing strategies, approval processes, and earning royalties on KDP. The course also covers how to publish for others, participate in KDP community segments, and maximize earnings as a Master Ebook Publisher. A personal computer is recommended for hands-on practice. At the end of this lesson, the learner is expected to:

  • Get familiar with the concept of e-publishing

  • Understand the concept of e-publishing.

  • Create a publishing account on Amazon.

  • Manipulate the Kindle direct publish bookshelf.

  • Create a purposeful manuscript for publishing.

  • Apply the four Ps in e-publishers

  • Manually format a book.

  • Format a manuscript using the Kindle Create App.

  • Create and ebook the Kindle way!!

  • Create a paperback the Kindle way.

  • Fix prices for their published work using Kindle Direct Publishing.

  • Get your work approved

  • “Get Paid” as a master e-publisher on Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing.

  • Report and join community segments of the KDP.

  • Make money as a Master Ebook publisher when you publish for others.

  • Earn royalties as an e-publisher
